Our newly updated six bed/five bath coastal-modern beach home is steps away from the ocean and has everything you need for a great vacation. With the nearest dune crossover just two houses away, The Turning Tide has the perfect location to walk to the beach. It also features a large private heated pool, private jacuzzi, and back-deck views that span for miles.
Our home’s outdoor spaces include an extra large private pool deck, jacuzzi, newly added exterior polywood furniture, a 2025 Weber grill, multiple eastern/southern decks, a new outdoor shower, and plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a day at the beach. Throughout the home you’ll find a large newly renovated top floor kitchen and living room, brand new bathrooms, a new game room, high-speed internet, new furniture, new appliances, and new beach equipment. The Turning Tide offers the perfect summer escape for small groups of 10-12 to have private bedrooms, or medium sized groups up t0 16 that share bunks/trundles.

This house is absolutely perfect! The views are stunning and the house is perfectly located. Being just steps from the beach made everything so easy and enjoyable. The home is beautifully updated and fully stocked with everything you could need, and there are plenty of great spots to lounge and relax. The location is also super convenient to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and are already excited to come back next year. Chey is a super responsive and proactive host, we could not of asked for a better vacation.

A simply beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac near to beach access. Immaculately kept and beautifully decorated with every accessory you would never think of. Our group of 6 adults and 7 teen/preteens were busy at the beach, pool, spa then had more than enough space to rest and recharge for the next day. A well appointed kitchen thrilled the chefs of our family. Well worth the visit. Cheyenne was beyond responsive to any little issue that came up. A great stay!

The Turning Tide is so cute! We've been looking for a beach house that had everything and was close to the crossover and this place is awesome! Sipping wine on the back deck and watching the sunsets is so peaceful! Will definitely be back.

The pool area and top back deck were a huge hit with the whole family. Stayed for a whole week and we loved the Corolla area and how secluded it is. Way easier to walk to the beach than we expected, loved the convenient location.
